Guest Liability Release Policy for Field Trips

The Villages Camera Club Board has approved the following policy related to all guests accompanying a member on a VCC sponsored field trip. The Policy is as follows:

Guests are allowed on field trips only if accompanied by a member who has signed the current Membership Agreement and Liability Release. The member assumes full responsibility for his or her guest(s).
