Competition Submittals - Prints

General Requirements

MOUNTING

Must use 2 or 4 ply mount board, foam core board, styrene, or other semi-rigid material

No metal or acrylic mounting is allowed

Each entry, including mount, may not exceed 16"x20" or be less than 11"x14" overall

Each entry may not exceed 5/16" in thickness

Must be securely assembled

LABELING

Labels should be printed from the website software

Affix labels to the upper left hand corner on the back of each entry.

Label should include title, author, club name, division & competition level(for example P/B, P/I, P/A, or P/M), and month of interclass competition 

RISK

Prints are entered into competition exclusively at the risk of the exhibitor

• THE NAME OF THE MAKER OF AN IMAGE CAN NOT BE PRESENT ON THE FACE OF ANY IMAGE.
• IMAGES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE WILL NOT BE JUDGED AND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE RESPECTIVE COMPETITION. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE; HOWEVER, THE ISSUES CAN BE CORRECTED AND THE IMAGE RESUBMITTED INTO A SUBSEQUENT COMPETITION.
